"I was referred to the office by my ENT for a hearing test. I came into the office and the front office staff had smiles on their faces, were nice, and extremely knowledgeable. They took me to a room where I waited for the doctor. I got the hearing test done and it turns out that I have hearing loss in one of my ears. Dr. Baehr informed me of all of my options when I then proceeded to let her know I wanted to move forward with the fitting for the hearing aid. She was really gentle, made me feel comfortable, and at ease about what I felt at the time to be a life changing event. I am appreciative for being referred to Beverly Hills Hearing Center because they all made me feel at ease. Overall the staff is nice and knowledgeable, the office is clean, and Dr. Baehr made me comfortable during the entire process. Great place!"

"My hearing has been transformed by Dr. Billger (Trisha), and I'm only half way through the process. My hearing test was thorough, and it detailed exactly how my hearing works (doesn't work). I struggled through school scrambling to pick up clues, and really have strained for many years. Dr. Billger really took care of me and has had a huge impact on how my present study/social interactions are dealt with. It has been a game changer for me, and I can't thank Dr. Billger enough. I feel like a genuine interest in my hearing improvement is taken seriously, and the time is taken to cover all the details of how to accomplish my hearing needs.
